The People Behind the Place

Gretna Glen's year-round team keeps camp running through every season, from summer programs to weekend retreats to quiet winter planning.

YEAR-ROUND STAFF

Meet the Team

Behind every great camp experience is a team that cares deeply about this place and the people who come through it. Gretna Glen's year-round staff works across these 200 acres through every season, maintaining the grounds, planning programs, welcoming retreat groups, and preparing for summer. They are the ones who know every trail by name, keep the coffee hot in the dining hall, and make sure every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.

What makes this team different is how personal it is. Most came to their roles through their own connection to camp ministry. They are not just employees running a facility. They are people who believe in the power of getting outside together, and who have built their work around creating space for others to reconnect with nature, with each other, and with something bigger than themselves.
