Where You'll Stay
From private suites to classic camp cabins, there's a fit for every group size and style.
Raab Retreat Lodge
Sleeps up to 48 (min. 24)
Six bunk rooms across two levels. Grand meeting room with stone fireplace seats 40-50. Kitchenette on-site. Air-conditioned, heated, ADA accessible.
Best for: Large retreat groups, church weekends, conferences.
The Chalet
Sleeps up to 24 (min. 12)
Three stories with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Full kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, and a large deck. The most home-like option on property.
Best for: Leadership teams, small group getaways, family reunions.
Wesley Lodge
Sleeps up to 22
Two stories with separate bunk areas (upper for 10, lower for 12). Single changing room on each floor with access to the nearby showerhouse. Air-conditioned and heated.
Best for: Mixed-gender youth groups who want separate sleeping floors.
Mainsite Cabins
Sleeps up to 14 per cabin (7 cabins, min. 7 each)
One open bunk room per cabin with a single changing room. Heated, with access to the Mainsite Showerhouse (built 2018, heated floors, privacy stalls, built-in dispensers). The classic camp experience in a wooded setting.
Best for: Youth groups and summer-style retreats.
Carrie Lodge Suites
Sleeps 2 per suite (Oak, Maple, Pine)
Queen bed, private ADA-compliant bathroom, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, private door codes, linens and toiletries provided.
Best for: Personal retreats, couples, or leaders wanting private space during a group event.
Showerhouse
Serves Mainsite Cabins + Wesley Lodge
Built in 2018 and designed to handle large groups efficiently. Heated floors, privacy changing stalls on every shower, built-in body wash and shampoo dispensers, and ADA-accessible facilities.
Best for: All cabin and lodge guests using shared bathroom facilities.
Spaces for Every Size
Funk Program Center
The main indoor gathering space. Poplar Hall seats 300 assembly-style or 120 with tables. Large screen, projector, and sound system.
Lower level has three breakout rooms (Aspen, Birch, Cedar), each seating 30 with TV and HDMI access. Kitchenette available.
Outdoor Pavilions
Three covered pavilions with lights and electrical outlets. The Pool Pavilion has 11 picnic tables near the meadow. The Welcome Pavilion includes a campfire with hood. The Village Pavilion has tables and open space.
Outdoor Chapels
Three chapels set in the woods and hills. Chapel by the Lake seats 125. Chapel in the Woods seats 100. Mountainside Chapel seats 40 with a view.
All include campfire rings, firewood, and water.
Homemade Food, Served Together
Gretna Glen's full-time hospitality manager prepares balanced, homemade meals for your group. Coffee is available 24/7 in the dining hall when food service is booked.
Have food allergies or dietary restrictions? Let us know at least 7 days in advance and we'll work with you. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food for our staff to prepare. Accommodations include gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan, and more.
